Construction of a 48,000 sqft, 10-screen movie theater at the Mall of St. Matthews.  Structure is primarily masonry, and the project includes no site work.

Construction of a 11,100 sqft Greek Orthodox church.  Structure is primarily light-gauge metal framing, with an EIFS exterior.  There is a large amount of standing seam roofing, as well as rubber roof.
