Addendum 1 (02/26/10): Issued various drawing and scope clarifications in 8-1/2 x 11 format.  Issued Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda, which is part of the Addendum, and to be considered in pricing.  NO Drawings were issued or re-issued as part of this addendum.

 

Notes: Primarily Within-the-Walls Remodel and 1,040sf Addition of existing 66,566sf Kroger Store.  Limited Exterior Work including Asphalt Repair & Restripe and Exterior Painting is described on Sheet G0.1 (Cover Sheet)

 

Refrigeration & Fixturing-related MEP work, Low Voltage Systems (Kroger Pre-Qualified Vendors ONLY) and Decor Installation are a part of this bid. 

 

Fixture removal/relocation/setting is by Kroger.

              

               Work will be phased, and store WILL REMAIN OPEN throughout Construction.

 

               Work is scheduled to begin 3/15 and complete 7/31.

Addendum 3: Provided information regarding waste disposal.  Provided geotechnical borings and report.

Addendum 2 (03/01/10): Issued color version of Fixture Plan to clarify existing versus new.  Issued pre-bid meeting sign-in sheet.  No further clarifications are included.

 

Notes: Approx. 20,000sf expansion of existing Kroger store to 67,456sf; including renovations to existing area, and related (limited) sitework.  Also includes demolition of approx. 10,000sf adjacent Retail Space.
