Office-Warehouse Complex Will be Ready for Tenants in April

Neyer Properties has begun a $3.5 million office-warehouse project at 1365 Glendale-Milford Road, west of Interstate 75.

Called Interstate Corporate Centre, the 34,6-square-foot project is slate for completion next April and is expandable to 60,000 square feet. CB Richard Ellis is leasing agent for the project.  Clarisey-Frank Architecture FTC&H Engineering and Reece-Campbell are architect, engineer and contractor, respectively.
