Reece-Campbell, Inc. Assists in the “Rebuilding and Revitalizing of the Cincinnati Public Schools”
CINCINNATI, OHIO, (October 26, 2009) Reece-Campbell, Inc., a leading Cincinnati, Ohio based general contractor has been awarded its’ first Cincinnati Public Schools contract this year in providing the General Contractor Trades Package for the New Evanston PreK-8 School.
Located at 1835 Fairfax Avenue, the new two story 63,027 square foot school will be built on the site of the existing Parham school location. Demolition of the old school has commenced with the completion of the new facility scheduled for the first quarter of 2011.
The New Evanston project teams includes; Construction Manager, Turner/DAG/TYS; Architect, DH Architects, Inc.; Structural Engineers, Steven Schaefer Associates, Inc.; and Mechanical Engineers, Dynamix Engineering Ltd.
The New Evanston PreK-8 School marks the third Public School General Contractor Trades Package project that has been awarded to Reece-Campbell, Inc. this year. Number(s) one and two are the new Amelia Elementary and the Withamsville-Tobasco Elementary School for the West Clermont Local School District.
