CORPOREX AWARDS REECE-CAMPBELL BONUS FOR EXCELLENT WORK ON HUMANA CONSTRUCTION
Reece-Campbell’s work delivers building ahead of schedule
January 7, 2009 Covington, KY - Today, Corporex announced that it will award Reece-Campbell, Inc. an early completion bonus for their work on The SW Ohio Regional Headquarters for Humana at the Baldwin Center. The bonus was awarded because of an ahead of time delivery for the building.
“We are very impressed by the job done by Reece-Campbell on the Humana building at Baldwin Center. They put together an aggressive construction schedule and stuck to it no matter what the obstacles,” said Mike O’Donnell VP Construction for Corporex. “When we find a company like Reece-Campbell that meets and exceeds our standard it is right to reward them. We look forward to working with them again in the future” O’Donnell concluded.
Construction started on the Humana building February 4, 2008 and was completed in just 7 1/2 months. “We knew that the original 8 month schedule would be a challenge but we are known for meeting and, in this case, coming in ahead of schedule,” said Pete Chronis, President of Reece-Campbell, Inc. We would like to thank Corporex for recognizing our good work with this bonus and we would also like to thank the subcontractors we worked with.”
The 250,000 sf Humana Building at Baldwin Center is now home to 1000 Humana employees. It was the largest commercial project completed in Cincinnati in 2008.
